SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing us for your special occasions. Please read our collection policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

MADE-TO-ORDER LEAD TIMES

All our products are freshly baked and made to order. We require a minimum of 48–72 hours' notice for standard orders. Custom and large orders (including corporate gifting and bespoke cakes) may require 5–7 business days — we'll confirm your timeline at the point of order.

ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

  • Standard orders: 48–72 hours before required date
  • Same-day (subject to availability): order by 10:00 AM
  • Next-day (subject to availability): order by 10:00 AM the day prior
  • Corporate / bulk orders: 5–7 business days prior

LOCAL PICKUP — CHELSTON, LUSAKA

We offer free pickup from our location: Chelston, off Palm Drive, Lusaka.

Pickup instructions:

  1. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
  2. Please bring your order confirmation or invoice number when collecting.
  3. Pickup hours will be confirmed with you at the time of ordering.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We are a pickup-only store. We do not currently offer home delivery.
  • Perishable items cannot be returned or refunded once collected. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect contact information provided at checkout.
