Refund Policy

At Nammie's Yummies, every order is freshly made and often customised. To ensure fairness and clarity, please read the policy below.

Order Accuracy & Quality Guarantee

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it with clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will assess the concern fairly and promptly offer a solution according to this policy.

Refunds

We only offer refunds if we are unable to fulfill your order.

This includes:

  • Unavailability of ingredients or materials.
  • Unexpected emergencies on our side that prevent completion of your order.
  • Situations where we cancel the order due to circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds are NOT provided in the following situations:

  • Customer cancellations, regardless of reason.
  • Cancellations for orders that include customised toppers, printed images, edible prints, fondant work, or décor sourced from external vendors.
  • Changes of mind after payment.
  • Incorrect date, time, or order details provided by the customer.
  • Orders already prepared, baked, decorated, or ready for pickup.
  • Complaints submitted without photo/video evidence of the product
  • Third-party couriers or external factors beyond our control.

Liability After Pickup or Delivery

Once the order leaves our premises, Nammie's Yummies is not liable for any damage, melting, breakage, mishandling, or storage-related issues.

This includes:

  • Damage during transport by the customer or their chosen courier.
  • Damage caused by heat, poor handling, bumps, tilting, or not storing the product correctly.
  • Delays or mishandling by third-party riders, delivery services, or representatives picking up on your behalf.

We recommend transporting cakes on a cool, flat surface and keeping all items refrigerated as advised.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Replacements

Replacements may only be offered when:

  • The wrong item was prepared by us,
  • There is a genuine quality issue verified upon pickup

Replacements are not offered for issues arising after the product has left our premises and are subject to product availability and may require additional time.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
If delayed, please check with your mobile money provider or bank before contacting us.
