Terms & conditions

Orders must be made at least 3-5 days in advance. This is to allow adequate planning, especially if you need customised toppers,decorations such as fruit, chocolates, edible prints etc that are sourced from other vendors.

Full payment confirms your order. An inquiry will not be considered an order until your invoice is paid In full no less than 24 hours before order is required.

 

We do not offer/arrange delivery on behalf of customers under any circumstances. Orders can be picked up from our location in Chelston between 11am - 12pm, or otherwise stated. Search Nammie’s yummies on google maps for an accurate pin location.

 

All orders are made fresh every morning. If there is loadshedding, orders are pushed to the afternoon, or when electricity is restored.

We highly recommend orders for birthdays and other special occasions to be collected a day before , to avoid any disappointments in case of load shedding on the special day.

 

We only offer full refunds if we are unable to fulfil your order. We do not offer refunds for cancellations , especially those that required toppers and other decor that are sourced from other vendors.
