Thank you for choosing Nammie's Yummies. To maintain our standard of quality and ensure a smooth experience, please review the policies below before placing your order.

Placing an Order

  • All orders must be placed via our website only.
  • All custom selections, notes, and order details must be entered correctly at checkout.
  • Orders are only secured once full payment has been received.

Order Lead Time

  • A minimum notice period applies to all orders and is indicated on the website.
  • Custom, bulk, and corporate orders require advance notice.
  • Same-day or last-minute orders are subject to availability and may attract an additional fee.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; paid orders will not be affected.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment providers may apply depending on the payment method selected.

Custom Designs & Finishing

  • Reference images are used as inspiration.
  • Cakes are handcrafted; exact replicas are not guaranteed, but we aim for close similarity.
  • Minor variations in colour, size, decoration, piping style, or layout may occur and are not considered faults.
  • By approving the design, you agree to our creative interpretation.
  • Changes to design or details may not be possible close to the collection date.

Cancellations & Changes

  • All products are made to order.
  • Cancellations are not eligible for full refunds.
  • Cancellations made before production may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding any costs incurred for custom materials such as toppers and décor).
  • Requests to change dates or designs must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion in exceptional cases.

Collection Policy

  • All orders are collection only.
  • Collection dates and times are selected at checkout and must be adhered to.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders on time.
  • Late collection may affect product quality; Nammie's Yummies will not be held responsible.
  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once it has been collected.

Order Accuracy & Quality

  • Customers must check their order at the time of collection.
  • Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of collection, with clear photos and a description.
  • Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Incorrect orders
  • Verified major quality issues
  • Where appropriate, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available once production has started.
  • Preference-based concerns (including flavour, colour shade, or design interpretation) are not eligible for refunds.

Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
  • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Marketing & Photography

  • Completed orders may be photographed for portfolio, website, and social media use.
  • Clients wishing to opt out must notify us in writing before order fulfilment.
